THE SPITI VALLEY

Spiti Valley, often called the "Middle Land" between India and Tibet, is a high-altitude desert where stark, bare mountains meet deep-rooted spiritual traditions. For a photographer, it offers an incredible shift in scenery—moving from the lush, green slopes of lower Himachal Pradesh to an otherworldly, rugged landscape.

Here is the story of our journey, tracing a loop from the plains of Chandigarh, up through the Kinnaur and Spiti valleys, and back down via Manali.
